The basics on ordering, availability, payment and refunds at VS Donuts.
Placing an order
Online orders for pickup and drive-thru are made through this website. Large and special orders are arranged by phone with our team, and are confirmed with a date, headcount and pickup time before they are placed.
Fresh daily availability
Donuts are baked in batches each morning and availability changes through the day. If an item sells out, any order already confirmed will still be fulfilled where we can; otherwise we will contact you to adjust or refund that item.
Payment
Orders are paid for at the shop unless an online payment option is offered at checkout. Prices shown on this site may be updated as the menu is finalized.
Refunds and corrections
If something is not right with your order, call us the same day at (937) 505-3245 and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Allergens
Our donuts, pastries and breakfast items are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.
